After spending years working across all aspects of property, I gained invaluable insights into not just property sales, negotiation, and delivering exceptional service. But also property maintenance, renovations, and interior design. However, its all so mundane!! It should be fun, right?!? Your buying or renting a new home, your looking at the next steps, so why all the stress, and... lack of communication. On my own property journey I realised just how bad the process was. I wanted to make it different, I wanted people to have more of what I thought my journey should be like. And so... Colleen-Jade Estates was born giving me a way to do things my way, with honesty, flexibility, and a focus on YOU, the client.
